Wanting a buddy please...hehe

  • Hey there all! I'm 5'4 and 122 lbs. right now almost down to 117! hehe... Now that I am almost at my goal weight, I am finding it increasingly hard to stick with me WW diet. I have this bad habit of "rewarding" myself for dieting so well. So I really need some motivation to keep on track... I want to nip it in the bud before I go back to old ways...lol. Thanks all!   • Rewards aren't a bad thing in themselves, on the contrary, but what you can do is trying to find rewards that aren't food-related, like a book you've had your eyes on for some time, a nice piece of clothing, a CD, etc. It doesn't need to be expensive, of course - simply something that you'd like
