    Monday - Treadmill 40 mins
  • Plans for the week :



    Tonight (Tuesday): 40 minutes laps at the pool

    Wednesday: 1 hour walk fast pace

    Thursday: 40 minutes laps at the pool

    Friday: 1 hour walk fast pace.

    Saturday or Sunday: 3 hours Downhill skiing



    And as a finale: Increasing Push-ups and Sit-ups routine every evening: 3x20 sit-ups 3x10 push-ups.
  • Thanks for the well wishes. I did the 2 mile WATP then crashed... just woke. I'm off to bed again. I hope I'm not getting an ear infection when my daughter called I could hardly hear her. It was like I had ear muffs on. Someone told me to drink hot tea and it should clear out my ears?? I'm going to try it.
  • Hot tea makes stuffy heads feel better in general. Never heard that about the ears specifically but whats it gonna hurt? Hope youre feeling better soon!
  • Mez, I've heard that using a blow dryer on your ears can help. I hope you feel better soon! It sounds nasty.

    Exercise update: Yesterday (Tuesday) I only did 1/3 of my pilates workout. I walked for 20 minutes and did 20 minutes of step aerobics.
  • Wednesday: Step aerobics
    Thursday: pilates and power yoga
  • I walked 60 mins on the treadmill last night.
