  • Starting weight: 170 lbs

    March Loss goal: 5 lbs

    Personal challenge: Belly dance 3 times per week

    Mini goal reward: a pedicure from a local salon
  • I'm ready to take the March challenge.

    Starting weight: 210

    March Loss goal: 6 lbs.

    Personal challenge: Weight routine of upper body on MW's and lower body on TTh's. At least 20 minutes of cardio M-Th.

    Mini goal reward: a ring that I really liked on a website I saw.

    Personal challenge: Take a multi vitamin every day You'd think this would be easy, but it's something I'm always forgetting to do!

    Mini-reward: I already have a 180 mini goal (manicure)... but since you insist (lol) I'll splurge on some new face product if I make my March goal.

    Personal challenge: swim 3 times a week and do my 10 000 steps per day, and keep up with my gym 3 times a week.

    Oooh hopefully I will get two rewards this month, coz for 20 pounds down I get my Jo Malone perfume. Only two to go!

    My March reward will be a new handbag. I have my eye on one already!

    Loss goal: 5 pound (that would mean I would be 178)

    Personal challenge: Keep walking...keep walking....keep walking. I need to buy a new pedometer. I lost my other one

    A small non-food related reward that you will give yourself: When I reach my goal I will get a new funky hair cut.

    I have not been under 190 since April 2003... which is even before I was a member here!... so this will be a big deal!

    Personal challenge: Get 8 hours of sleep a night - no more !
