New PErson here =)

  • I want to loose about 40 pounds so I won't be considered a total fatty when I go to Japan next summer. My problem is that I'm addicted to sugar, whole-fat dairy, and snacking. And I gain about 3 pounds during my period, no matter what I eat. Hope to find some good advice on here.

    (Note: I am short, so what is thin for you is fat for me)
