Hi there! Keeping the motivation going is the best thing, and you can do it here! I have lost 30 pounds, but put some it back on with the advent of menopause. I have had enough of this nonsense, and I am working very diligently to lose at least 10 pounds. It's a much slow going process than it was before menopause, but I'm in for the long haul now. No more excuses.
