I went to this website . The bowl is not bad in calories . Only 220 with the yogurt dip
But this item is a little high where I live. But it would be worth it.

yeh, it was expensive for fruit, but when you're out on the road & starving, you just grab what you can! I'm glad they had it! It's too hard to get out of the car with twin babies, so drive thru fruit was great!
