  • I lost 2 this week, down to 207. I can almost taste ONEDERLAND. I'm a little surprised, because I was sick all weekend and couldn't exercise, but then again, I didn't really feel like eating, either. Hope I'll be back in the workout groove tomorrow!

  • I'm down 3, past what has been my post-pregnancy set-point, and I met my Valentine's Day Challenge!
  • Very happy about last night weight check....down 2 pounds at 283.....almost at my Valentine's day goal
  • im at 222 lost total of 3lbs...going slow but maybe that's bette..it's been 1 lb a week..

    hopefully will reach my goal of 218 for vday

    I haven't really been OP but I haven't gained any weight since the challenge started. I'll try even harder now I still got 3 weeks left to lose my 8 lbs to meet my Valentine challenge. Good Luck and I'll talk to you all later....

  • I did not get to weigh last week and I hope to see something this Friday. I have had two really bad days in the last 5 days but I'm hopeful the good will outweigh the bad. Or should that be underweigh.
  • Down 2 more lbs!! Total of 8.6#s since Dec 4th, which is when I rededicated myself to taking care of myself.

    Funny, I too am dreaming of onederland.
  • I haven't weighed yet but I just figured out that 4 months from tomorrow is my birthday and I want to have lost a total of 100 lbs since my last birthday so in order to do that I will need to lose 2 lbs a week for the next 17 weeks which is doable.
  • I'm down 2 pounds to 261. Still have 3 pounds to get back to VFT though.

  • I'm down one pound this week. I was kind of disappointed by that ~ was hoping for more. It is hard when you are being so good (starting into my 4th week of OP and haven't messed up once food wise, and have been walking more too) but don't see the scale move much. That is better I guess than if it went up. I'm not giving up though ~ I have to keep going this time. I will try to be content with the good feeling that I am taking better care of myself by eating right.
  • Down 1 pound to 242. I'm happy about that. I stuck to my plan all week. I just need to add exercise. Not really a calorie restricted diet but a healthier eating since I'm 18 weeks pg.

  • Just wanted to pop my head in and say Congrats to all you loooooosers!

    As for me, I don't weigh in until Wednesday but I've been pretty good for the last 5 days with the exception of popcorn at the movies on Saturday and Ice Cream Cake for dessert on Sunday.. Otherwise though, I've been well within my calorie daily limits so we'll see! Keeping fingers crossed...

    Congrats to you all! Sounds like everyone had a great week!

    My week (even though it was only half a week from Th-Sun) was successful. I lost 4 lbs last week. I have 14 more to lose to be back to what I was before the holiday weight gain. I think starting the Valentine's day challenge late I've set a goal a little too high but I'm going to keep it the same and see what happens.

    I'm dedicated to walking my 5 days @ 4 miles a day on the treadmill and keeping my food under control. I had a succesful food day today and it's one of my two days off the treadmill so I'm feeling good!

  • Lost 1 lb since a week ago. So that brings me down to 285 lbs from 294 lbs at the beginning of this month.
