I work PT at a Kroger, aside from the extra cash, but I can keep track of sales and such. It's so interesting to see what people buy!

Anyway, there's a good sale going on at Kroger this week until Wednesday - all Lean Cuisines are 50% off. I bought one and got a checkout coupon for buy ten LCs, get $2 off. That's pretty good, and the LC meals are good to have around for home or work emergencies LOL!

Also, there is a decent "unannounced" sale in the Health Food department. I found these on sale through customers who purchased them, seems as if they're going through a clearance on some of the items in the low carb section.

I found packages of low carb, whole grain pasta on sale for 99 cents. These are low in fat and high in fiber as well.

Also, the natural peanut butter was 99 cents and the natural cashew butters and almond butters were $1.99. These items can get expensive!

There were jars of no carb, no sugar, no fat fruit spreads on sale from $6 to .79cents! I'm not sure of the brand, but looked like some sort of imported brand. A woman bought several jars and fortunately there were two left by the time I got off of work to get some.

There were also other low-carb snacks/bars on clearance. I'm not doing a low-carb plan, but I found some Keto brand breading flakes that were low carb - typically almost $4 but on sale for 99 cents. Kind of like a low-carb shake n bake. I thought I'd try it!

Not sure if these are on clearance at all stores, but I visited a 2nd Kroger in my area last night and it had several clearance items in the low carb section as well.

Just thought I'd let you know! If you have this store in your area, might as well check it out and try some new products.
