  • Let's start the new year and journal our daily meals/snacks. Please feel free to post, regardless of what plan you are on. If you try a new recipe and would like to share with us, it can be posted here also.
  • OK ... I'll start with today's menu. I am doing lo-carb (not Atkins and not South Beach - just cutting out pastas, breads (except lo-carb wheat) and sweets/sugars.

    Monday, January 10

    Breakfast:
    2 slices swiss cheese
    2 coffees/black

    Lunch:
    1 small spinach salad (Bob Evans .. mmmm good)
    1 coffee/blk
    1/2 bisquit

    Dinner:
    1 delicious steak
    1/4 cup cottage cheese

    WATER: 80 oz
