  • Two more pounds! Not too shabby for three weeks!

  • lol...no gain, no loss...I guess I can be happy with that...just gotta work harder next week
  • Our TOPS meeting was canceled again today due to weather.

    My scale reads another 1.5lbs down. I'll take it.

    I'm down about 5.5 pounds this week!!! I haven't changed my eating yet, but got in 5 workouts last week. I am thrilled!!! Woohoo!!

    Well, this isn't where I wanted to be by now, but I've maintained last year's loss and lost 8 since the beginning of the year. I guess that's not a bad place to restart from. Mamamoo, congrats! I'm going to try to really focus on exercise, if you can get those kinds of results with exercise alone.
