  • I can so relate to the "i'll start tomorrow so I'll blow out today". Seems like every Friday i blow my diet again. You eat one bad thing and it goes down hill from there. Alot of times when i'm having one of those cravings I eat 100 calorie oreo pack with some cool whip, then set back and pretend that it's an oreo blizzard.
  • Thanks for relating and for the oreo tip!! I thought I was on the wagon yesterday but it must have left without me. I won't even go into what I did for chocolate. Today started out OK but mid-day did me in. So once again....tomorrow. Although I did drink more water and made a better choice for lunch today so I will look at that as a small step. Great job on your progress. Keep it up!!
