  • DID YOU DO WW AND HAVE PCOS? IF SO DID YOU HAVE SUCCESS.? I LOST 50LBS DOING WW AND I HAVE PCOS, BUT I DID HOWEVER NOT EAT ALL MY POINTS ALL THE TIME LIKE THEY SAY TO DO BECAUSE I CUT A LOT OF CARBS OUT OF IT AND IT MADE IT HARDER BUT I WAS FULL AND HAPPY AND HEALTHY AND WAS LOSING WEIGHT. SO TELL ME DID DOING WW HELP YOU? DID YOU FIND YOURSELF NOT ALWAYS EATTING ALL YOUR POINTS IN A DAY. I'M GONNA TRY WW AGAIN. I'VE FELL OFF THE WAGON AND SO MUCH NEED SUPPORT. I JUST CAN'T KEEP SUPPORT.
  • Hi Lisa, I think I replied to your post in Support, but I'll do it again here. I gained weight on WW, and shortly after got my diagnosis for PCOS and IR. If you are insulin resistant, you may have to watch your carb intake, or at least the types of carbs you eat. You can incorporate this into WW fairly easily. IF you are not insulin resistant, there should be no tweaking necessary. WW is a great program and MANY people have lost weight sucessfully with it, including my mother who is a lifetime member. Congratulations on the 50 pounds!
