Induction Boot Camp :: November 15 - 21

  • I'm in. My goals are:
    1: to glug more water
    2: exercise more
    3: stay OP!!!
  • Day 1 of boot camp. WOOHOO!!
    I just have to remember that the LC brownies are ONLY to be eaten in a "eat or die" manner. I think I need to put them in the freezer
  • WOOHOO! I week back on induction and I am down 6.5 pounds! I am so excited about that! I am back!

    OK, goals for this week:

    1) keep drinking my water
    2) take my vitamins everyday
    3) As soon as I get the go ahead from my doctor.. back on the TM!

    My asthma kicked in with this darn cold. I am calling the doctor today to see if I need to do anything else!
  • I am back for a second week of boot camp induction!

    My goals:
    (1). Stick to 20 grams of carbs or under.
    (2). Exercise when my back allows.
    (3). Eat sensibly on early Thanksgiving dinner (Sunday).
