Shake It!! Challenge

  • Shake it for 30 minutes. That's all I ask. Thirty minutes of walking, shopping, cleaning, dancing, heck, even being naughty with your boytoy every day. I don't care what activity you do, just do it for 30 minutes every day and check in with us when you do. To quote JuJu of the Skinny Daily Post: I will if you will.

    DH would definitely love the suggestion and if that counts hey I got an hour of aerobics last night
    I'm going to turn on the commercial free dance mix on in my kitchen every day at 4!

  • Wooohoooo, I shook it all weekend then... Well I am also working retail 3-4 times a week and running 5-6 times a week so for cardio I am doing great. Shape has a very good lack of time WT routine so I might try that until I am able to go full force with my WT.

  • I am shakin' it by walking to and from DH's office every day - that is 30 min of walking...but I also want to do 30 min at my gym (circuit) 3x/week....
