  • Tuesday - 55 minutes of The Firm Cardio Sculpt
    30 minutes of Pilates
  • Sunday: two mile jog

    Monday: three mile jog and abs

    Tuesday: 1/2 mile jog, 30 minutes weights, glutes
  • Tuesday:
    50 min. tennis
    20 min. walk
  • Wednesday: 30 minutes jogging
  • Sunday:
    2 hours of tennis

    Wednesday:
    1-mile walk
    1 hour of water aerobics
  • Thursday - 50 minutes of The Firm
  • Wednesday:
    20 min. walk

    Thursday:
    50 min. tennis
    25 min. walk
    50 min. tennis
  • Friday - 45 min of Pilates

    Well I made my five days for the week.... hmm... so will I be lazy this weekend?
