Just an idea how to use CAR to lose weight

  • To start from the beginning: I have never liked running, but since this is one of the best ways to do some aerobic activity, I decided to introduce it into my daily routine. However, since I am rather strong in the upper body (big b bs, sorry for being straightforward!) running, jumping and similar activities are rather uncomfortable for me. So I practice CAR - Chair-Aided Running: I use chair as support, transfer some weight to the chair, and run in place. This is the only way for me not to feel b-pain. After all, I want to keep them firm even after I lose this fat .
    So, if at least one of you find this useful, I will be happy.
