Can anyone help me, does anyone know how many points a caramel apple with nuts would be?

What size is the apple, how much carmel is on it, how many nuts? You don't give enough info.

The ones they sell in the store (which is a good size apple and close to what you'd get at a fair or carnival) are 3 points.
