  • How do you know how many points you can have a day? I am not officially a part of Weight watchers but am interested to see how it works..... Thank-you
  • Depends on your current weight:
    Less than 150 pounds - 20 points
    150-174lbs - 22
    175-199lbs - 24
    200-224lbs - 26
    225-249lbs - 28
    250-274lbs - 30
    275-299lbs - 31
    300-324lbs - 32
    325-349lbs - 33
    350lbs + - 34

    In addition, there are 35 optional points per week that you can use for a special occasion or not at all.
