    Can anyone tell me if Buffalo Burgers count as a Core food? I couldn't find it in my Companion.

    Are you sure?
    That says, buffalo, water - I'm not sure that means a buffalo burger -

    buffalo is a naturally lean meat, leaner than most beef, I can't think of a reason that it wouldn't be core -
