I did three things this week.
1. I hit the 50lb lost mark.
2. I made it to my 3rd goal of 30% of the weight I need to lose. That was 54lbs plus I did it a week early. It only took me 17 weeks instead of the 18 I had planed.
3. I broke out of the 370’s finally. And I am close to breaking out of the 360s.
It sure feels good to be back on track. I have a feeling that the 9 lb gain a couple of weeks ago had a lot of water in it and that is why I have had such big numbers the last 2 weighs. No matter what it was it sure feels good.
