I did three things this week.

1. I hit the 50lb lost mark.

2. I made it to my 3rd goal of 30% of the weight I need to lose. That was 54lbs plus I did it a week early. It only took me 17 weeks instead of the 18 I had planed.

3. I broke out of the 370’s finally. And I am close to breaking out of the 360s.

It sure feels good to be back on track. I have a feeling that the 9 lb gain a couple of weeks ago had a lot of water in it and that is why I have had such big numbers the last 2 weighs. No matter what it was it sure feels good.

That is so awesome Howie. You are such an inspiration here. I love your spreadsheet too BTW.

Howie, I'm going to sound like such a mushy cornball here, but it's really the truth when I tell you that I'm so proud of you I could almost cry! You have worked so hard and come so far....these are 3 AMAZING accomplishments, and I am just so, so happy for you. You just keep putting one foot in front of the other, you stay positive, you support others, you don't give up or throw in the towel.........you are inspiring to me, and I thank you for all that you contribute here to all of us. I think you're just wonderful, and I know with COMPLETE CERTAINTY that you're going to achieve your ultimate goal of 240.

Get that nice Kimberley to give you a great big hug for me.....I'm so happy for you I'm sitting here with a big silly smile on my face!
