Ohhhh no.

  • Great. My mum just got back from the fair and bought me a small fat free sugar free apple loaf. Loaded with carbs, most probably, and I'm in phase one. I feel so guilty, and my stomach hurts. Ugh! After three perfect days of being so good!
  • Never mind, go back on plan and start your 14 days from now. We all slip up now and again. I am on phase two and when I slip up I drink tons of water and get some exercise to try and minimise the damage a bit.
  • Do i really have to re-start the 14 days? Only I've restarted about twice now.. I know i can stick to it from now on. I just wanna get into Phase 2 as soon as possible.. but if it's gonna slow down the weight loss, would it be a good idea to restart phase 1?
  • You need to successfully complete Phase I in order to detox! Did your Mum shove the apple loaf down your throat? And how does a loaf, small or not, affect your blood levels? You can't just eat the wrong stuff and adjust your insulin.
