  • Sunday:
    3-mile walk
  • Monday: 15 min elliptical
    30 min walk outside
  • Bad Bad... was running and visiting with people all weekend. Did a lot of walking on Saturday (Farmer's Market, Flea markets), Sunday played Boce Ball with cousins for a few hours.
  • Monday:
    35 min. elliptical
    10 min. walk (interupted by massive rain)
  • Monday- Charity event to go to, didn't go to the gym...
  • Monday: 30 mins elliptical
    45 mins walk w/ dogs, lots of hills
    Tuesday: went swimming with the kids
  • Tuesday: 20 min elliptical & 30 min walk outside
  • Played Kickball...Guys against Girls and I played outfield & 1st base at the same time so did a lot of running!!!
  • Tuesday: 1 hour elliptical
    30 minute walk to and from gym
  • It was 93 degrees today and my gym doesn't have a/c so I only did 30 mins on the elliptical machine. Will try to hit the gym early tomorrow.
  • Wednesday - 45 min on elliptical
    30 min walk to and from gym
  • Billinar: great idea to walk to the gym!
    Wednesday: 20 min elliptical
    30 min walk outside

    30min on stairstepper (strength) wow am I sore today!!!
  • Don't let me fool you!! Walking is the only way to get around on campus. I can either walk to my car (which is parked 15 minutes away from my dorm) and drive to the gym, or I can simply make the 15-minute hike to the REC without using my gas and avoid getting my car towed. Either way, it will be a nice, hot , sweaty 30-minute walk.

    Thursday :
    30 minute walk to and from the gym
    1 hour on the elliptical
