Chat Starting 4.27.04- Diet Supplements

  • Is anyone taking any diet supplements? If so, what and what results are you seeing? Do you find it helpful/harmful?

    I've been taking the ONE-A-DAY WeightSmart. I think it helps me not feel as hungry and gives me energy. I do have to make sure I don't take one too close after drinking my morning coffee because for some reason if I mix them with caffeine it makes me feel very nauseous. But overall I like them.
  • For me I also take the one a day weight smart (but if you are taking any other type of medication, run it by a pharmacist first....because The TEA Extract can have a reaction to medication) I also take an extra calcium, potassium (cause I am bruising easily due to diet change)
