This morning I started my "new way of life" for the umpteenth time but have very positive thoughts about it. I have been reading the posts and wonder if someone could tell me what the Freedom Plan is. I believe it was what Weight Watcher used before they started the points plan. I am a lifetime member of Weight Watcher and have tried the points plan but did not have any success with it.
Thanks in advance for the info.

Freedom Plan
Thanks WW Gal, It seems like a plan that is easy to live with.
wasn't there also a "personal seleston" part of the plan, or is that the bonus calories. You were also supposed to do exercise with this plan, although it wasn't very much. I did this program and found it to be pretty sensble, and it really helped me get a handle on what a portion size was.

the personal selection was the bonus calories- for the bonus calories you have a a bread,
protein or fat.
sorry i forgot to add about the exercise
fat burners 2-3 ( which would equal 20-30 minutes)
lean builders 1 or more ( which is toning)
stretches 1 or more
I hope this helps
Personal Selections was a previous plan before the Freedom Plan.
Ther personal selection plan was slightly different you were allowed 700 calories/week and 21 personal selections per week.
