    Memorial Day Is May 31st....That is 6 weeks away. What is your goal?



  • Okay, since Memorial Day is the end of this challenge, and by coincidence it's my birthday, I will make a goal of losing 5 lbs. by then. I would love to get back down to 130 as a birthday present!

  • Shelley: You go girl!!! It will be a wonderful birthday treat to yourself to lose those 5lbs and I have no doubt that you can and WILL do it!!!

    My goal will be to lose 6 lbs. That is only 1 lb a week so it is definately doable!!! Hoping for more, but counting on 6!!! Lets go!!!

    Breakfast-Coffee-2
    Lunch-Celery, Carrots, Banana-2
    Dinner-2 chicken legs w/o skin, 2 sm. corn on cob, broccoli, salad with ff dressing, ff cheese-12
    Snacks-popsicles,fudgsicles,ff cool whip-7
    Total for day=23
  • I took a yogurt to work to eat around 10:00 but someone had brought lemon bars to work and I couldn't resist. So...

    1 1/2 lemon bars - 250 cal
    lean cusine lunch - 200 cal
    white chocolate peanut butter cup - I should never go to Walmart's after work while hungry - 230 cal
    pasta,chicken, broccoli, carrot meal - 310 cal
    handful of popcorn - 50 cal
    popcicle - 60 cal
    Total 1100 calories

    I didn't make the best choices, but I did keep it under 1200 calories
  • Carol-Is all that matters is you didn't pig out! You stopped with just 1 piece of chocolate! I'm proud of you!! I'll post my menu tonight. I've been OP for 1 day!!!

    Subway Sub
    Wow Chips
    cup of yogurt
    lots of Diet Rite and Water

  • Had my parents over for my dad's birthday tonight. Did good but went over a couple of points:
    Breakfast-Coffee-2
    Lunch-Turkey sandwich, banana-4
    Dinner-Salad, spaghetti, bread-16
    Snack-Strawberries, fudgsicles, ff coolwhip-6
    Total points-28
    AP's earned-3
    Total for day-25
  • I don't even want to talk about it... Did good for breakfast, bad and lunch and it got worse for supper!!

    Day 1 again for me! Lord give me strenth!!
  • Carol-Did you get through the day OP? Remember even small steps help! You can do it. Just take it one meal at a time!

    Fajitas= I only ate half, and no sour cream, or tortillas- not great but I did cut back
    Snacks- WOW chips

  • I have been so bad about not posting my menus this week. But good news is....I have stayed within my WW points this week!!

    Hopefully I'll be better and start posting them again next week.
