Food and fatigue

  • Anyone notice any particular foods that make them feel tired? I've been feeling a bit more tired lately. I've drastically cut back on rice and bread (weight loss stalled breifly) and ever since I actually feel more tired. Could it be from that?
  • Well, you don't have much left to lose. Are you eating ENOUGH? Cutting way back can put your body into starvation mode.

  • I eat ALL the time, hahaha. more than I ever did when I ate lousy. Eating healthy seems to make me hungry more. I think I'm not eating at regualr intervals. When I get busy at work or with school stuff, I tend to ingnore the hunger pangs for a bit so I can finish what I'm doing. Perhaps the drop in blood sugar levels is doing it?
