    LUNCH:
    2 hotdogs (no buns)
    3 oz lo-carb yogurt
    1 coffee/blk

    DINNER:
    1 pork chop
    1 cup broccoli/cauliflower

    SNACK:
    1 low-carb fudgesicle

    WATER: 8 glasses (64 oz)
    EXERCISE: none

    I'm gonna try again to faithfully journal my foods ... here goes!

    BREAKFAST:
    2 coffees/blk
    2 String Cheese

    LUNCH:
    4 oz Dannon Carb Control yogart
    2 beef jerky
    1 cup green tea/blk

    DINNER:
    1 small chicken breast filet
    4 french fries (baked - not fried)
    1 diet root beer w/whip cream

    SNACK:
    1 Carb Control ice cream bar

    WATER: 6 - 8 oz glasses (so far)
    EXERCISE: walked 1/4 mile to get the mail ?????
