Hi Everyone, Looking for A Buddy!

Hi everyone! I'm looking for buddies and support. I am a 31 year old wife and mother. I work part-time outside the home. My weight (343 lbs) has put a strain on most, pardon me, ALL of my life. Thankfully, all things considered I am still in good health, normal blood pressure, low aches and pains level, no diabetes. My mental health in another story. I have ZERO energy and I know why. I am looking for partners to help me through this difficult transition of couch mom and wife to active mom and wife. I am not sure where to start as this problem has crept into all crevices of my life. I would like to weigh 180 lbs when all is said and done. I have a complete fear that I really have stretched the boundaries of my skin and I may look like a shar pei when I am finished (which explains the higher weight goal rather than a lower one) and I would rather not persue plastic surgery options.
Please email me at [email]xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx{/email] I will gladly respond to any who need support and I really hope to form some Friendships
    Thanks
    Michelle
  • Hi Michelle! I'm 32, and have a little more to lose than you do. I know about the whole energy thing- it used to be a major event to get home & not plop down & want to veg. Walking through the grocery store was an event in itself.

I'm hoping to do this the right way- I figure having to lose @ 175 pounds, I'm going to have some sagging, but I want to minimize that by doing some firming now, before I'm left with skin that I need to roll up & stuff into clothes. Or a Garter belt that I clip to the excess skin on the legs instead of stockings, know what I mean?

Hope to talk to you soon!
