  • What are some of your best or favourite tips or tricks that help keep you on plan?
  • baby fruit. you know, those cute little two packs in the little plastic containers? it's just fruit. no sugar, no crap. plus, because they're ultra smooth, they can be tossed in the freezer for a couple hours, and then eaten like sorbet.

  • Ashers sugar free lo-carb candy bars. So expensive, So tasty... even if i wasn't on a diet i would prefer them. They keep me going, because without my chocolate I am surely not going to do it. *L*
