I think that short challenges might be better for me. I am really trying to up my exercise this month and doing very well. The longer stretches seem to have too many plateaus in them and I loose focus. I would love to join your next challenge. It might help to join at the beginning. It is great that you lost 30 pounds. I think we need to keep focus on how far we have come. It gets hard to do when we have not lost what we hoped but is important to celebrate. My success is mainly that I am still working on it and have lost a ton of inches. I just need to get the food thing under control. As it is turning hot now I am doing better.
