Hi Girls, I’m turning this thread over to ya’ll. I’ve had a cold/flu going into the second week now, BIL in ICU for 11 days and just getting into a regular room on Wednesday night, plus our busy season at work has started, here comes 12 hour, seven days a week schedule. Been going to the hospital, which is an hour’s drive one way, with DH. Setting in the waiting room while he visits his brother and the nights that I didn’t go, I hit the cold medicine and the sofa. EVER HAVE A BAD DAY THAT JUST NEVER ENDS. Feeling better but still coughing my head off. Anyway, I’m looking for a little sympathy here……………….. is it working yet?
I’ll still be exercising but it will be hard to keep track of as I’ll be doing it throughout the day……… like toe touches on bathroom breaks, walking out to the back warehouse, etc. I hope you all will keep the thread going and I’ll be back when things settle down. (((Hugs to All)))
You do have a lot going on, take a break or even a rest. It seams like you need it! I've been sick for a few days myself but I'm still trying to go on. It is hard. Let us know that you're still alive even if you can't track your exercise.
