LowCarb/Controlled Carb corner

  • It's only day 7 on low carb and already i'm having problems. I've been overeating fats and proteins for the past two days. Small portions of fats/protein don't seem satisfying like they did the first 5 days or so. I guess my tastebuds becomes bored/resistent pretty fast. The only thing I don't get tired of fast is peanut butter, but this is so dense it's easy to overeat it. Any PB recipe ideas? Also I noticed that I usually have to some carbs or I won't be able to sleep
