  • I think I am FINALLY getting back in to the swing of the program- and I am also relaxing a bit about exercise, I think I am going to cut back to 5 days a week for awhile.

    All Bran & water (~) {fiance drank all my milk and never told me!}

    dry brown toast (18/22)

    blueberries & yogurt(20/22)
    1/3 snickers bar(22/22)

    Exercise:
    None, but working an 8 hour waitressing shift, so not too worried!
