  • HI Everyone,

    It's hard to believe it is already November!!! Turkey Day will be here before long then Christmas will soon follow. My goal is to be down 10 pounds for the Christmas holidays. Do you have a goal? Hope everyone has a GREAT weigh in this week!!
  • oh boy, these holidays are gonna be tough to get by for me with all the yummy food. Yes, I have goals on my signature...just hope I can meet them...I need to focus. lol. ok take care.

    I plan to be down 5 pounds by Thanksgiving.

    We celebrated 22 in June. Hard to believe!

    Goal for me is to be down 10 by Christmas. It can be done, I just need to DO IT!!
  • It was 12 yrs for us Tammy. I can't believe how fast the time went!

    Something is up here!! I weighed in today and was up 1.4 pounds. I can't believe it. I thought I was really good. Hope everyone does great.

    Susan, there are just days/weeks like this when we don't know what on earth is going on with the body weight. Don't be discouraged. You are doing soooooo great.

  • When I weighed this week, I had lost 2 of the 4 pounds that I had gained last week. I guess that's better than gaining more! I wish all 4 of them would have been gone.
  • Way to go Tammy!!!! The rest will come off next week. It's so much easier to gain than to lose.
  • Well I got my results from weighing in.... and measured. I have lost 11 inches, and gained 1 pound....go figure

    Great job on the loss last week Tammy!

    Hang in there Susan, maybe the gain is caused by muscle... they claim muscles weighs more then fat... are your clothes fitting better?

    Ok I hit the submit button in error... so lets finish my thoughts on an edit

    I noticed some were listing goals they want to reach, I would love to be down 20# by New Years... don't know if that is possible or not
    I would also like to make 12 or more work outs during the month of Nov! I'm half way there!
    I need to get in lots of water too.... ok that makes 3 goals I'm going to try my best to keep....

  • Stayed the same
    Well, I had weigh-in today. I am beginning to get a little bummed! This is the 3rd week that I have stayed the same--at least I didn't gain. I stayed after the meeting to talk with the leader & go over my journal. We came to the conclusion that I need to eat more (Go figure). I am having problems eating all my points for the day (much less any flex points) & so I am going to try to eat at least at my point level & more.
  • Up .75 this week. Not too bummed though, with our anniv. weekend, then 2 birthdays to celebrate I expected a gain. I was just happy it wasn't more. Hope everyone has a great week end.....Sis
  • Loodie, I've heard of others who have had the same problem that they weren't eating enough. It is strange though, isn't it???

    I stayed the same this week, which is better than a gain.

  • I didn't weigh in this week. I might have to skip next week since I've been so bad this week.
