Exercise Log - October 27 - November 2

  • You see Karen - I marvel at your weight loss statistics....
    and I see all the physical activity you are doing...
    and I say to my self "Self, you need to get with a program like Karen"....
    But now that I'm on this topic - I DON'T WANT TO!!!!!

    I know that I will hate the first 3 weeks of exercise.
    And I know that in week #4 I will think - WOW THIS IS FUN.
    And I know that in week #5 I will think - HOW DID I LIVE WITHOUT THIS?

    BUT I DON'T WANT TO - Boo Hoo Hoo
    Karen....Can you come to my house please and pop the video in my player and lift my arms and legs for me?????
    HELP - I DON'T WANT TO EXERCISE BUT I KNOW I NEED TO!!!!!!

  • Karen definitely is awesome with her exercise -- such a good role model!!

    I am starting out slow... I walked for 20 minutes today, which is a big step up from nearly nothing. I hope to keep adding to it.

  • Oh Man you guys! You are embarassing me! Especially since I didnt exercise yesterday due to a migraine!! I plan to get on my treadmill today though!

    Kim - You are cracking me up! If you lived closer I would definately love to be your exercise buddy! I go to the gym by myself and WOULD LOVE to have a partner to go with! But everything you said, week by week, is exactly how I felt when I got started. Now my body craves the exercise! yours will too! so start slow! And I am hear to cheer you and EVERYONE on!!

  • OK. I'm not sure what's going on, but this is my second exercise post this week... Maybe I'm slowly starting to get the hang of it?? One can hope anyway...
