  • Oh Hi... I didn't see this so posted in September thread... oh well. I've been gone a while and just getting back into things.

    Since October is half gone I won't report "minutes" since they don't count... but will share my new plan.

    Rather than going for huge amounts of time... as I usually do... I'm following the Eat Right for Your Blood Type suggestions... and making sure I get 20-40 minutes of strenuous exercise at least 3-4 times a week. This week (my first week of it) I am way ahead, since I have been walking on my breaks and entire lunch hour.

  • Sue, It's not too late. Just take the remaining days and pledge what you will do until October 31st. Don't wait until next month to come back.

    October 13 - 30 minutes at Curves plus 10 minute walk home
    October 14 - 20 minutes on treadmill
    October 15 - 30 minutes at Curves plus 10 minute walk home
    October 16 - 20 minutes on treadmill

    Well, at least I'm being fairly consistent....

    Total: 300 down, 500 to go.

    Gotta pick up the pace.

  • Thanks SEMO... I do plan to come back but last time I came in the middle of a month I understood that I was told that my time would not "count" until the following month to start again. I am definitely getting in the exercise. In fact for SURE as tomorrow I am helping someone move out of a 3rd floor apartment... and on Nov 1 I am moving out of a second floor one and INTO the 3rd floor one in the next building. So no sitting around for me THIS month!!
