    I was busy yesterday and didn't think to look at my steps on my phone. Unfortunately I didn't meet my minimum step goal.

    Steps from yesterday: 4,315

  • Good afternoon! Had a busy morning at the thrift shop. Power walked both ways. Ran errands on the way home. Will be working there again on Wednesday. Got the results of my second urine test. I've got an infection. Doctor is going to call in a prescription to Rite Aid. 😃

    I have a lot going on this week and probably won't be getting to the gym. I will focus on getting my steps in.
