  • This month was our Canadian Thanksgiving, so I was away visiting family, and when I returned I had to catch up on a lot of things. But I now have a bit more time to visit the site again. While away I put on a few pounds, but lost them again. I doubt I'll make goal, but perhaps I'll come close. Hope all of you are doing well!

    I'm avoiding the scale -- that's never good. So, I'm announcing my intention to step on the scale tomorrow morning.

    no goal-meeting for me I'm afraid. in spite of being 2lb down mid-month, I ended up being +0.75lb at month-end.

    I had kind of a messy month - working funny hours which meant my meal-planning was all over the place, stopped weighing myself daily, etc. but that's no excuse.

    I will sign up to the Nov thread & do better this month.
