I’m looking all over the internet for someone actively doing the Sugar Busters! diet but not much is turning up. I’m just leaving this in case anyone stumbles across it and wants to chat about it. I’ve got my old books to help me remember how to do it but it would be nice to compare notes.
I started an email group back in the 90’s for people on Sugar Busters! It was on yahoo groups and I called it Sugar Shakers, also. I noticed that’s the name of this group, as well. I’m hoping someone turns up. It’s a good diet and I felt healthy on it but I ate too much of the allowed foods and didn’t lose that much on it.
Now, I’m 60 years old and can’t seem to get motivated with any diet so I thought I’d try this one again. If anyone is out there, I’d love to hear from you!
