Good night! Went for a power walk and ran errands this morning. Took the bus to a nearby community to power walk and run errands there. Power walked and ran errands before supper tonight. My fitness goals for today have been attained. Will be shutting down in a few minutes to go to bed. 😁☃️😷❤️

I walked 5500 steps and I did a slow Pilates workout video on youtube from Paola Fitness Corner. Not so many calories burned but I felt very relaxed after 😉😉
Good evening! Welcome to the group Marcia! I did 2 miles Leslie Sansone before I left for work this morning. I power walked and ran errands during my lunch break. I’m going to go for another power walk and run errands in a few minutes. 😷❤️☃️😁
