snack hard boiled eggs, cut up veggies
lunch -salad with lots of veggies-grilled chicken , 2 tablespoons of reduced fat cheddar, 2 tablespoons garbanzo beans, turkey bacon cooked and crumbled (1 tablespoon), 1 tblsp lite italian dressing.
Dinner- lean steak and steamed veggies
snack rf cottage cheese blended into a dip with dry ranch powder, cut up veggies, sf jello
exercise -yoga class at gym (50 min)
