    I was very tired the last 2 weeks of July and did not meet my goal so will try to meet my goals this month.

    August Goals: 1100 min and 20 days of exercise in August

    08/01: 55 walk; 55/1100, 1/20 days
    08/02: 70 hike; 125/1100, 2/20 days
    08/03: 75 hike; 200/1100, 3/20 days
    08/04: 65 (30 bike/15 wts/20 walk); 265/1100, 4/20 days
    08/05: 63 (25 bike/3 row/35 walk); 328/1100, 5/20 days
    08/09: 25 (23 bike/2 row); 353/1100, 6/20 days
    08/10: 80 hike; 433/1100, 7/20 days
