Restrain App for healthy food choices
Hi everyone! I am working on an app being developed at Cardiff University, called Restrain. It is developed by scientists with the goal of helping people lose weight by playing games to encourage healthier food choices. We are getting positive feedback and are looking for people who want to lose weight to try it out! If you are interested it is free to download on the Google Play Store.
