Hi Everyone!
I need to do some Classical Stretch but it's getting late so I will have to pass on that tonight. I have noticed that I'm not as stiff and sore when I do CS. I really need to get in a better routine of doing a CS earlier in the day. I seem to run out of time during the day and try to tack it on at night. I need better planning.
