Okay, the new girl will start!
I didn't get online this weekend, but I'm proud to say I accomplished all the goals I set this week to be ready to start my diet today. Menus are ready, exercise plan is done, the food & water are in the kitchen (and I'm even DRINKING the water today!
). I do much better with exercise in a group, so I'm trying to stick with classes at my gym as much as possible. For today I'm going to a 50/50 cardio/toning class. To get to it on time (4:15) means I have to pick both my boys up from school instead of waiting for them to take the bus home, which means I have to be on the road at about 2:40 - sucks, but at least the baby will probably get a good nap in the car that way! We'll see how it works out, might end up adjusting my plan for next week if this is too big of a pain.
Anyways, got on the scale today for the first time in a long time. My official start weight will be 143.4, with a goal weight of 125. (I'd actually like to be more around 120, but I haven't seen that number since my first pregnancy so I'm not going to set myself up for failure here.)
So, away we go!
