Tips when you feel a craving

    • drink water
    • ask yourself if the 10 minutes of happiness is worth the lifetime of disappointment you’ve caused yourself. (This is super harsh, but it helps me.)
    • make that one day you allow yourself to indulge special! My day is Sunday, so Saturday is cleaning/chores day, and Sunday is video game/movie/snack/couch potato day! It makes that day super special for me. I’ve noticed if I look forward to it, it helps me decide “I don’t want to spoil that day when it comes so I’m going to be good until then!”
    • honestly though, keep your mouth busy by drinking water. 90% of the time when I start to want a snack, if I drink water, I forget I wanted a snack.
