    I'm down 6+ pounds in 2021. It was definitely water weight that I somehow gained, but I'm still glad to see it gone.

    I only lost a little over a pound (net) this week. I was down a bit more, but have been fluctuating the last four days for some reason. Better than a gain, though!

  • Hi! I'd like to join in!
    I was 264 last summer. Currently I am 225.8. My ideal weight hasn't been seen in decades. I truly would be thrilled to even be 199 by the end of the year. I am doing it slowly but surely this time around...eating the calories for what is needed to maintain 160 which is 1600 calories. With that said...
    Starting 225.8 on 2/22
    Goal 199 on 12/31

  • KStrong Thanks for the welcome!! 20 years ago I weighed 310. I did lose some and have basically bounced around the 250 range. You hit the nail on the head. We need to keep doing what we are doing to maintain the weight loss. I have lost 25-50 pounds numerous times in my life since my 20's (now in my 50's). Once again, I hope I have finally learned we have to keep watching our calories or it will come back again.
