This was yesterday, over 5 hours exercise--
-- Played singles tennis, two matches, first at 10am & later at 5pm.
Lots of running with long rallies, continuous play, not taking breaks during changeovers = a little over 90 minutes each match, over 3 hours total.
-- Walked a total of 2 hours (6 miles.) I walk 30 minutes each way to & from the tennis courts while carrying my tennis bag, it's also up & down hills.
I'm a female over 60, 5' 2" & 140 lbs, goal weight 130 lbs, just lost 15 lbs in past 6 months while doing lots of walking and playing singles tennis 5 days a week.
Wondering how many calories I burned yesterday during over 5 hours exercise. Can anyone recommend a good online calculator for calories burned during activities/exercise?
