Coffee definitely helps curb hunger. Even decaf. I don’t know that tea does except as a placebo effect. I drink a lot of water but find that iced tea (herbal, usually hibiscus/Hawthorne/rose hip, always unsweetened) helps me feel like I’m having a treat and makes me less likely to drink or eat anything else. As long as you’re drinking unsweetened tea it’s worth trying. I tried a bunch of different teas before I found ones I really liked.
