    2c Chilled Coffee
    Spinach & Ice Cubes
    Vanilla Drink Mix

    Lunch: Soup & Salad
    1.33c Broccoli
    1c Beef Stock
    Broccoli & Cheese Soup Mix
    "Free Salad" + Dressing (EVOO + ACV + Mustard + Lemon Juice + Soy Sauce)

    Dinner: Scallops + Mashed Fauxtatos
    1.33c Cauliflower (roasted & blended)
    1c Chicken Stock
    8oz Seared Scallops + Lemon Juice + EVOO

    Snack: Pineapple + Banana Sorbet
    1.33c Yellow Squash (blended & frozen into ice cubes)
    Pineapple-Banana Drink Mix
    ^I'll let you know how this tastes...cucumber would be my 1st choice

    Breakfast: 6 slices bacon, 2 fried eggs, cream in my coffee
    Lunch: 4 oz Ham, 2 medium slices Turkey, 1 cabbage roll.
    Supper: 1 cup raw cucumber with 2 tbsp mayonnaise and 1 tbsp MCT oil.

    LOL nothing surprises me anymore lol. I don't see it. lol

    1.33c Broccoli (boiled & blended)
    1c Beef Stock
    Potato Puree Mix
    "Free Salad" + Dressing (ACV + Mustard + Lemon Juice + Soy Sauce)

    Dinner: Chicken + Mashed Fauxtatos
    1.33c Cauliflower (roasted & blended)
    1c Beef Stock
    8oz Chicken Tenderloin + Marinade (EVOO & Soy Sauce)

    Snack: Pineapple + Banana Sorbet
    1.33c Yellow Squash (blended & frozen into ice cubes)
    Pineapple-Banana Drink Mix
    ^This turned out good, but need to add in the packet AFTER I blend down the squash ice cubes with water (it turned into a fluffy cup)...I forgot this is the reason I preblend spinach + coffee before adding in Vanilla Drink Mix at the end (fluffiness)

    Snack: Pineapple Banana Cupcakes

    ^^Pretty sure the shrimp marinade broke IP rules...ugh...I tried...forgot to bring my packed 100% lunch...

    Dinner: Soup
    2c Broccoli (boiled & blended)
    1c Chicken Stock
    Broccoli and Cheese Soup Mix

    **I am still thinking of my Snack...
