"Free Salad" + Dressing (EVOO + ACV + Mustard + Lemon Juice + Soy Sauce)
Dinner: Scallops + Mashed Fauxtatos
1.33c Cauliflower (roasted & blended)
1c Chicken Stock
8oz Seared Scallops + Lemon Juice + EVOO
Snack: Pineapple + Banana Sorbet
1.33c Yellow Squash (blended & frozen into ice cubes)
Pineapple-Banana Drink Mix
